I got it through Invigor Medical, but there are other pharmacies out there that prescribe it. You do a consultation with a doctor that will call you, prove who you are by showing your drivers license while taking your picture on your computer, and supplying credit card information. If it's your first time you also have to purchase a second medicine that counteracts the tri-mix ,for if you stay hard for too long. For me the total cost was about $300. I fill about 20 needle injections worth and freeze. It keeps in the freezer about 6 months. But I bottom most of the time. Quote

I know there used to be Stamina RX, which I tried once, but I think that is no longer available. It definitely helped to keep me up longer.
