    Had just started a two week international business trip when I started to get a discharge. White in color and my dick itched badly.     Zero judgement here, just plain curiosity. When you married, did you have any Bi leaninngs? Had you played with guys before? If not, what made you explore with another bloke?     Apparently you can get surgery to achieve both urine and fecal incontinence. There is a surgeon in Mexico, who specializes primarily with sex changes, but also does some one off surgeries as well. I know ( not personally), two people who had the urinary incontinence surgery both are diapered and drip 24/7 now and are completely happy with the surgery. Another person inquired over the fecal incontinence surgery and here was their reply: We haven’t decided yet. A couple highlights: 1- Permanent. No reconstructive surgeries possible. 2- Separation/ removal of the levator Ani (especially the puborectalis) 3- Should result is the inability to contract the external anal sphincter (you should confirm this). 4- Should result in urinary incontinence as well. 5- Should remove the muscle “sling” internally so everything “flows” all the time as well as being unable to contract / clench. We were looking for others who had the surgery. We should compare notes after your consult. Also my partner is considering the urinary incontinence surgery & then the fecal. Dr. Ivan said urinary first for 7 days then remove the cath before fecal. We are very skeptical he we be able to create completely uncontrollable symptoms especially for my partner who is relatively young/ muscle tone. My partner is afraid to do the urinary incontinence surgery because he doesn’t want strictures so he is still leaning towards just the fecal.

    Los Angeles, a while back, had several bathhouses. Late last year, the gigantic MidTowne Spa in downtown closed. The area around it had gotten to hip, so they were looking to tear it down and put something else there. North Nollywood Spa, the San Fernando Valley and Melrose Spa in Hollywood are the last remaining bathhouses. That said, we too have a Slammer Club and Is also a lot of fun!     I too suffer from BPH. I take both daily Cialis and Alfuzosin and both help greatly, sometimes, to much. If you have BPH, you know how painful it can be to try and pee, how long it takes, only to have to go pee again , sometimes within minutes. The BPH medicine helps with the flow. However, I find that when you have to go, I have to go almost immediately or run the risk of pissing myself. I learned this the hard way while on a flight having to wait in line for the bathroom with like eight people in front of me. I had to go so badly that I was trying to cross my legs, I was holding close my piss slit through my jeans. I get to the bathroom door, I started to piss myself, enough that it was visible on my jeans. My Urologist calls this “latchkey incontinence”, trying to get to the bathroom as quickly as possible and can’t get the door open fast enough. Lol. If I am traveling long distances or at stadium events, I now wear a pull up diaper, just in case I can’t get to the bathroom fast enough. That said, I would rather wear a pull up and pee, than taking 20 minutes to pee only to have to go again in a few more minutes. My PSA has been all over the map. From the 2’s, all the way up to 7.1. That figure triggered a MRI and no cancer was determined. But again, it greatly fluctuates. It is very true about ejaculating within 24 hours of the PSA that can affect the score. I was originally prescribed tamsulosin, but I suffered the rare side effect of “retrograde ejaculation”. There would be no ejaculate when you came, it was sent back to the bladder. It was fun the first couple of times not having to clean up anything, but the release was not as strong and I liked the feeling, optics and taste better when I could cum, so the Urologist put me on Alfuzosin. All good now.
