I got kinda hooked on Maximum Impact and have used it to take ever larger toys. I'm not sure what sizes I even have anymore, but I'm the point where I'm thinking fisting is the next step (and I used to think "never!" for that). It's a crazy spray, and I use it in conjunction with poppers. It's like the poppers "relax" you, but the MI makes you go crazy with lust, and even though I know "this should hurt" I slam down anyway and start to violently fuck myself (suction cup dildo in the shower). I just spray it on a paper towel or washcloth and inhale through my mouth.
