I just started PrEP and have been open about it so far with no noticeable problems. Time will tell. I don't think I'd stay attracted to anyone who was super ignorant and judgey about it, or about anything else -- that's usually a big bonerkiller for me anyway. But it'll still suck to have to deal with the prejudice, if people really are that stupid and mean. But then again, I'm coming from SF where half of my friends are on it anyway. But even my southern, republican parents parents think PrEP is a great idea because they just want me to live long and prosper, and they know that dudes fuck. Where does the prejudice come from?

Ditto. No pic isn't great, but "clean" is definitely offensive to a lot of people. Otherwise it's a responsible profile - if you get rid of "clean" or specify what you mean without sounding offensive, you'll give less ammo to the haters. -
I'm diabetic and don't need another lifelong medication - but I love taking loads. I use every reasonable method of reducing my risk, from serosorting to PrEP to monogamy. I accept the risks and try to fuck smart. I assume that my partners have the best intentions but are still error-prone humans, and when I prepare for the worst I don't resent them for it. ...Well, most of them are human. >:-)
