I had that problem too...easy solution for me was to pick up a couple of those weekly/daily (or more) med boxes and you can tell at a glance if you took it or not. Where are you located? In the US the ACA (affordable care act or Obamacare) supposedly (someone correct me if I am wrong) prohibits insurers from rejecting you due to pre-existing conditions so there is no need to hide your status. That said, while they can't deny you, they can charge you a lot more because of the high risk group. I am undetectable but to stay that way, the 3 meds I am on cost over $3,000/month (out of pocket for me with insurance and drug company copays is $10). If you hide your status just to get insurance and then they find out, it might be considered insurance fraud and at best they could drop you and at worst you might go to jail.
