Your high AST seems to indicate your infection is recent (within six months) and you are and in the acute phase.

Good news is that hep C is a slow moving target and you have years to deal with it. Treatment does cost 20k-60k on developed countries, but you can get it for 1k in India if it got to that. Some of the newest treatments are as easy as taking pills for 2-3 months and you'll be cured. 

But Germany probably has a program to deal with your case and they'll treat you right away. Let us know.

While there are cures that are 100% effective, the access to them could be difficult depending where you are. Cures go from 20k-80k USD, similar prices in Europe. Someone has to pay. 

I do know in places like Spain they won't give you the cure right away and they'll just monitor you see how your liver is doing or if you clear it in your own (that some people do)

The HIV protection from circ is at the very least questionable and quite likely completely false. The subsaharan studies have never been able to be replicated elsewhere and a place like the USA where most are cut high a higher prevalence of HIV. There's may something about the african HIV spread dynamics that could be true but not showing elsewhere.

On top of that, of that document you shared from the WHO, 53 pages of it talking about the amazing benefits of botching up your dick in the name of prevention, fails to mention a single study as proof for this strategy (I checked)... The WHO (and bill gates) are running with it. Not a WHO critic but in this case they are backing a strategy without sound data behind it.

OP here. Just to make it super clear , and people can do whatever they want with this info, I got hep C strictly trom getting fucked bare. I've never done drugs (other than alcohol and poppers) and I know with complete certainty I got Hepatitis C from getting bummed, with the number of partners and group sex being a factor.

Somehow I do care and I sometimes I do semen analysis including sperm morphology and count to see what's going on. Doing well in this test so far. 

Main issue for me with wegovy (semaglutide) in higher doses is constipation. 

This is good and bad. Good because makes stool pattern more predictable. Bad because it's harder to clean out. 

Update. Got my SVR12 (sustained virological response at 12 weeks) test back, and I'm still hep C undetectable after 12 weeks of stopping the pills so that gives me the official "cured" diagnosis. 

Overall incredibly grateful to whoever developed these hep c drugs as they are night and day from what we had just a few years ago. I'm so lucky to have caught this at this time.

what are the dangers of photosensitivity in regards to doxy intake?

I take doxycycline (200mg) every time after I fuck raw ( fuck or get fucked) regardless of risk profile (no issues here with supply, one medical RXes a bunch and they are essentially free). I haven't tested + again for the bacterial ones since I started doxypep. I was testing + on those frequently before.  Seems to be working for me. 

I get a bit concerned if I'm on vacation and I've popped 200mg every day but I don't notice any side effects from it.
