Why are you labelling HIV-negative people as careless, especially ones who are victims of stealthing? I do agree with most of what you're saying here, although Condom to Bareback porn is acceptable - at least in the event that the bottom removes the condom, to me this communicates clear consent and if the top is unhappy with the new terms he's free to leave. Particularly in a bathhouse or glory hole situation.
