I’m not advocating at all for those infections. I am however interested in understanding how bad they are really for a gay man? Indeed. I learned that HIV under medication doesn’t just go away. A lot of effects pertain, cognition may be impaired, risks for cancer, redistribution of body fat etc. While „you lead a normal life even with HIV“ is certainly a good message for reducing the stigma, it also gives a bit of unjustified comfort about health effects.

I use vaseline for a long time now. Not to stealth but because its the stay in lube i put into my hole before a fuck arrives. Just in case he’s one of those bastards who “forgets” lube. Differences attract. South Asian, East Asian, central Asian. Middle east, Latino, Black Africans, North Africans, Arab guys. Black Americans, native Americans, Pacific Islanders . All for me.
