First Time Sauna Fun - Leeds/Wakey

Never been to a sauna before, but got the urge recently. Thinking of going to Plastic Ivy in Wakey at somepoint this week or next (time permitting).

Im not the one for mass gatherings, which is why I probably not been before.

Anyone got any recommendations, or want to hand hold

If you go alone, mention it to one of the staff that it's your first time. In most saunas there is someone to take you around and show you the facilties, whether guys are at it or not. If you're lucky, you might get a bit action with him, but strictly speaking, it is against their rules. LOL

When in there, the aim of the game is to relax, so do just that. It won't be long before you are at ease with the place. Also, remember, if someone does try to come on to you and you're not interested, a polite No thank you s suffice. On the over hand, if there's someone you fancy, then make it clear and follow him. LOL
