bbfan74 Posted August 4, 2012 Report Posted August 4, 2012 Just a short question: Are others having problems watching videos on XTUbe too or is it just me and my computer?
bbfan74 Posted August 5, 2012 Author Report Posted August 5, 2012 Still not working for me. Does anyone else have the same problems?

nekofox Posted August 5, 2012 Report Posted August 5, 2012 That usually depends on which browser you're using and such. For me, especially since they added stuff that slowed down my browser, I've been using stuff like Ad-Block Plus and No-Script to help ease up whatever troubles I've had from using that site on Firefox. Eventually, the combo of the add-ons made the site useable again for me.
bbfan74 Posted August 5, 2012 Author Report Posted August 5, 2012 Well it used to work for me, but now it doesn't. I have the latest version of Flash and have used Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
seaguy Posted August 5, 2012 Report Posted August 5, 2012 Works fine for me using Google Chrome you might want to try downloading a Codec packl? This ones free and fixed some issues I had with nastykink0vids not playing http://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
Ingulphus Posted August 5, 2012 Report Posted August 5, 2012 I've just been through this issue; X-Tube videos weren't loading (and three-quarters of the time the control icons at the bottom right of the window weren't displaying either) in either Firefox or IE, and I couldn't pinpoint it until 15 minutes ago. Before it stopped working entirely a few days ago, I'd noticed videos were becoming "jumpy" and then a week after that some weird extreme pixilation started happening. Bring up a video on X-Tube, and right click on the blank screen to bring up the Flash settings window. Click on the folder icon and increase the amount of data X-Tube can store on your local drive to something greater than zero. I don't know if it matters, but I unchecked the "Never ask again" option.
bbfan74 Posted August 5, 2012 Author Report Posted August 5, 2012 Ah thanks, I finally figured it out too. Thank God. I have a new OS and obviously needed to make some changes to the settings of the Flash player. Finally it's working again!
HolePunchSD Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 xTube is too slow to load and overly saturated with commercial ads. I'm over it.
