You wouldn't be filming 5 days a week. You could travel to NY, SF, LA, etc., do your filming, then go home. I know a few guys here in Seattle who've done porn, they just film where needed, but still live here.

Rather than go through the expense of travelling to NY or CA where most of the porn industry is find someone who has a great digital camera that can do film. Not a pocket cam. Have some vids taken of you as you are doing what you do. Post them on the internet. Most of the people in the porn industry check out these sites on a regular basis. In this age of social media the best thing you can do is start your own xtube page. I got over 2 million views the first year. And alot of those 2 million people are in the industry. It's easier than ever before. That is if you are hot in some way. Your following is something producers want. I'm a middle aged man and I recently shot my first two scenes for a major porn studio as a total result of contacts made related to my blog, which spun off my xtube page. It works.
