For just RANDOM SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS, the only advice my doctor ever gave me was to always be sure and use a slick lube when masturbating to insure I maintain maximum sensitivity for when I have sex with others, switch out hands, so I don't get used to only being able to cum one way.
