I just love bareback sex and only watch bareback porn but i only did bare sex with an ex boyfriend. The problem for me, and this is why i am afraid, it is because of the treatment. Here in south america it is horrible, very expensive and in some countries companies makes HIV blood test hidden! I would love to fuck and ass filled with cum, to finish inside, piss inside and after fuck the ass...Some guys tried to put my dick inside the asses but i refused. I think because i have a very good dick and suck the ass very well some guys are always trying to fuck raw, but i have a little scare because of it.

That's a tough situation. Only you know when the benefits outweigh the costs. If you're able to resist then surely you feel the risk and potential cost are too high. But, raw fucking and especially raw fucking receiving toxic loads is incredibly thrilling.

If I were you I wouldnt do it.

Lets remember without treatment HIV and AIDS is still a debilitating and deadly disease. If you live in a place you where you cant get treatment you will die from it.

IMO I would find a long term NEG boyfriend if you want to bareback in your situation.

I take it you haven't been in a long-term relationship. Let's say the term "long-term monogamous" is a contradiction in terms for all but a very small group of people. There are a whopping 2 gay couples that I know who are long-term who I believe are monogamous. The vast majority have open relationships. In fact when you talk to gay couples the vast majority agree that if they had stuck to monogamy their relationships would be long over.

Do not think of monogamy as a way to stay neg. There are plenty of stories of guys who's partners played around on the side, got infected, and then infected the monogamous partner.

I got out of a 6 year monogamous relationship about a year ago, but yes, i know what you're saying. My other points however still stand.

You should be more specific. In Some SOuth American countries the situation is quite good concerning treatment.

Let's also remember that even with treatment HIV/aids can be a debilatating and deadly disease. I've been incredibly lucky in that I've been very miserable and uncomfortable with with HIV-related illnesses but have yet to get close to my own death. However, I've got one of the longest side-effect histories in the country (UK) and nearly died last year because of the medication: compulsory hospitalisation was only a word away - all I needed to do was refuse to go voluntarily and the police were there to take me.

I personally know someone who reckons he caught HIV at Folsom St Fair and test positive around the time I did: he's in full time work (when he can get it - have you looked at our economy?), has a CD around the 700 mark and an undetectable viral load. Yer classic non-progressor...

I'll freely admit that I, and my friend (definitely not a FB!), are unusual, perhaps the exceptions that prove the rule. But there are enough like us to disprove the idea that you must go on drugs. You can't generalise within HIV disease...

I get what you're saying, however you are in the minority. Most people find a cocktail that works relatively well for them. Also Long term non-progressors are very rare. Most people who are poz, would go on to develop AIDS and die without ARV's and drug cocktails.

That's the key paragraph, especially the last sentence. My friend and I are at almost opposite ends of a bell curve and you can't know where you are on that bell curve till you're actually there.
