google it, there are many products, the more expensive ones work better as they have higher concentrations of bleach. There are numerous places online to buy it. online drugstores, even ebay sells some brands. They are hypoallergic ansd should not pose a risk, just don't have a wide open hole when u bleach u don;t want to irritate the lining "unless u are chasing !!" then that qouls help the cause
