rawfuckr Posted July 2, 2014 Report Posted July 2, 2014 Truvada is becoming a barebacker's dream? http://annals.org/article.aspx?articleid=1884529 Taking Truvada produced statistically significant reductions in HSV-2 infections.
pigpozdad Posted July 14, 2014 Report Posted July 14, 2014 Ive had herp since I was 22, so I guess it's too late. Have both HSV-1 and HSV-2. My new doctor told me after a routine physical and I just smiled and said "I knew that" So my next question is: can some guy with a herp outbreak carry it to my ass while he rims me?

Im not sure I follow you, but I would say yes they could carry it to you. Also HSV-1 genital infections are becoming more common, so some people are not getting the more virulent HSV-2, but HSV-1 only in the rectum, and urethra. Either way, If a person is having an outbreak, yeah they are passing virus from them to you, and potentially on to other people, even if you dont have an outbreak.

Never been reinfected. Doc says if I was it'd just be an outbreak in the same place.

pigpozdad Posted July 15, 2014 Report Posted July 15, 2014 Usually i keep it in check with Lysine, other measures. I have to stay away from chocolate, because L-Arginine seems to increase its duration
bearbandit Posted July 16, 2014 Report Posted July 16, 2014 Can't remember the name of the enzyme now, but an enzyme in mung beans (the kind you use for beansprouts) helps suppress herpes. Boil 'em to pulp with some chorizo and spice to taste...
