seaguy Posted August 5, 2014 Report Share Posted August 5, 2014 just do a search for tampered condoms, or something similar and you will find poeple talking about pricking the tip with a needle, leaving them out in the sun, open the condom wrapper carefully with a pen knife to make a small cut on the end then glueing the wrapper back shut.....The list goes on.
