My Oraquick test was poz. I am sure I was poz for more than a year. From Oraquick's website: "99.9% of people (4,902 out of 4,903) correctly reported a negative test result." "91.7 % of HIV positive people (88 out of 96) tested reported a correct test result." So if the result is poz it's probably true (like mine)

Hi guys. I am POZ for 6 months now and on meds. Recently I got my drug resistance test results and it says I have CRF28_BF subtype. I have some stupid questions for experienced guys. From my readings I can say CRFs are rare right? So can we say they are more dangerous than common subtypes like C ? Since I took more than 150 anon loads until I diagnosed, can we say it's a combination form I got from several people or I got it from one person? Does it mean it's easier to have a superinfection because I have a rare subtype? Certainly I don't want to have it but I can't stop taking more anon loads!

I've just started meds (Stribild) 20 days ago. My VL was 208.000 when I started. Now I am very confused after reading several stuff especially about superinfection. Some says it's a myth but I've seen some people have multiple strains on the forum. Some of the articles I've read says it's much common and risky in the first year of medication. Is that true? If it's real, how risky is it? Another question is that do meds work to cure only 1 strain? Or it's much harder to work for multiple strains?

For me it's quite complicated at the moment so I didn't vote. It's been 3 years since I discovered there are bathhouses in my city and started visiting them a few times a month. I don’t have a job even I have skills and probably I’ll never be able to find a regular job because I am flagged. My health insurance is very limited and I got terrible month just thinking about if they are not gonna cover the meds. At the moment I have them for free (they cost $720 in my country). I have a stupid medical report given by my doctor and it says “This person must be medicated 1 year for HIV) What’s then? We can’t control future but you are more down when you don’t have a job or any money. Now I am aware I should be more careful –more than negative people- what to eat and drink. used to drink a lot which is not cool but anyway I’ll miss lots of things. Those meds are great today but not a miracle we know. I’ll have more health issues in the future I am aware.
