Yet, it's 2015 (the photo was taken around 2012) and I can't help but think that a biohazard tattoo is the universal symbol for a someone who is POZ. I don't know if the guy is POZ.

You say it "means HIV+", but it does so unambiguously for maybe one percent of the population (i.e. gay barebackers and promiscuous poz guys). For the rest, i.e. the vast majority, it's simply one of many tattoos. I mean skulls and poisonous animals, snakes, scorpions etc. have got to be the most common tattoos there are. At age 17, when I was still fooling around with girls exclusively, I was into heavy metal and motorbikes, and I too thought a biohazard tat was just a cool tattoo. Not everybody is born poz, not everybody is born a cumslut. And even among gays, not everyone's live is centered around a certain idea of sex (i.e. imitating Treasure Island Media Porn). If one gets a biohazard tat at 18 and two years later decides to do porn, one shouldn't blame others for misunderstanding the intention behind it and instead have the humility to admit it was an unfortunate choice. But I don't think it makes one a "fucking idiot". To me, barebacking is about accepting life choices. I don't wanna be judge and won't judge others, especially without hearing their side of the story.

I think when you spend a lot of time on these sites you forget what kind of minority of a minority that biohazard meaning hiv positive thing really is. I was in NYC and there was a straight dude with a Biohazard tattoo on his arm. Turns out he was a huge fan of the brooklyn band. Similar to the guy with a scorpion, who happened to be a Scorpio star sign. But if you work in porn then yes, I agree you should be aware of the tattoo meaning, outside of that it's not too well known.

Yep, knew a guy with a biohazard tat and it was for the same reason, he is a fan of the band Biohazard. He has no clue it can have another meaning. As for the guy in the pic, who knows. He could be straight, gay, bi, or whatever else he needs to be for that video. Either way, he's hot and I'd fuck him.

Apparently, it was something he and all his buddies got after a tour in the Middle East signifying the kind of duty they had in the Air Force. He seems pretty frustrated with having to explain he is not poz.
