It could be medically induced, I'm not saying it isn't, but it could also be just worrying about it happening which makes it happen..... breederboy Posted November 20, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 20, 2015 I guess my hope is that the Cialis will help keep the physical side of things primed, and ready to go, and the lexapro will help the mental side of things. Too my first cialis today 5mg. 3 hours later had a couple run of the mill erections but not a constant raging hardon like I expected. Maybe it's because it's my first dose and it will take a few days. I'm on the 5mg daily trial dose. Somaybe it will take a while for me to really notice it. No bad side effects yet, don't really feel anything different. Hoping it will really kick in soon. I might end up taking two 5mg instead of one, double it and see how that works. So far, not noticing too much different. I hear some say it takes 12 hours, some more, some less. I know it's not as immediate as Viagra, but does last longer. Will 5mg just take longer to work? Said it took about 4-5 days to have enough in his system, but it helped a lot. Sometimes he will take another one at night if he's planning extended play. Your brain still has to be engaged for it to work -- e/g if you're not into the guy or horned up the C won't make your dick had regardless. May stick with the 5mg for a few more days and see if that helps, build it up, then if still a bit iffy then I'll take 10mg if I planning on sex. Just from my first dose, was overall pretty tame, horned up but a little performance anxiety still there so the erections weren't super hard like I thought. It kicked in and big time. I got raging hardons. I would just look at my dick and get rock hard. Had some pretty major hot flashes too like someone opened an oven near my face, and a few muscle aches but nothing too serious. Took another this morning. Got hard again. Met a guy and fucked his brains out. Stayed rock hard the whole time. It's great because it lets you not think or worry about your dick and just focus on the other stuff I'm very happy with it! Doc said it's fine for me to take half a tablet or every 3 days or so. Just kind of depends on what I want to get into or how many loads I want to give. I don't need too much anyway. No doubt, 33 is young to have a significant drop, but age does the same thing to a man's hormones as gravity does to a strippers tits......it is gonna drop sooner or later for many guys. As a eunuch, I have experienced the effects of testosterone falling....all the way to having no nuts. For me, it has required reprograming myself to find different stimulations. All of the ED meds are affected by ritonavir and cobicistat which, although they have an anti-HIV effect in themselves, are far more useful as boosters to stop other drugs being metabolised too quickly, thus raising the half lives of other drugs so you don't have to take them so often. For this reason, in the UK at least, viagra, cialis and levitra are prescribed in much smaller doses for men taking ARVs. The effect of ritonavir of blocking the P450 pathway in the liver was first noticed in the UK when guys were dying of ecstacy overdoses when they'd taken nowhere near a fatal dose: these guys were also taking ritonavir (then prescribed at 600mg to 800mg a day: a massive, damaging overdose). Around that time I'd been given a twentyfive quid wrap of charlie as an xmas present, so I checked with a very professional, obliging pharmacist who told me that if I were to take something like charlie I should be aware it was likely to be cut and her estimate was that I should only take about a quarter of the amount I'd normally take. All delivered in terms of "well, if one were to do this" so she could plead she was answering a theoretical question! Ritonavir is part of my prescription and I find that viagra is the safest for me (the other two cause migraine-like headaches even at their reduced doses): after some experimentation I found that 25 to 37.5mg (the tabs I get are scored to make them easier to break in two) is my ideal dose: any more and I'm in the wrong sort of pain afterwards. ED drugs are also useful for bottom who want to try fucking but find that they can't. My FB was in that position until he swiped one of my viagras one night and woke up with the hardon from hell. I don't like it, it seems to hit you all of a sudden and just is kind of overwhelming with the headaches and feeling kind of sick on it. Cialis gave me pretty painful muscle aches after 3 days, but that was because I had taken 5mg for 3 days in a row. I didn't know that the stribild could boost the levels so I just had too much cialis in my system and it was too much too fast. But once I figured out that I can space Cialis out by a couple or three days, it works great! And the side effects are much less. I love how it stays in your system so long, it's a lot milder & more spontaneous. It gave me some headaches early on, but that was also due to taking it every day the first few days. I tend to know usually when I'm going to have sex or look for sex, so I don't have to take it every day anyway. The doc told me to either take 2.5 mg a day or 5mg every 2-3 days. I find that that works much better, and doesn't make me feel like crap either, because it's not as overwhelming. And I still get the full benefits of it too. I just never could handle Viagra, they just feel way too harsh and don't last long. I get much much harder with Cialis too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just that alone helps a lot, and I take Cialis just as-needed but I don't really need it anymore! I'm also doing yoga which really helps too. I have had tight twink ass in front of me and only been marginally hard enough to get it in. But, when I'm jacking by myself I'll be super rock hard. I think part of it is definitely the pressure. I started taking maca and it has helped me get some rock hard boners. You can get it as powder or in capsules. I recommend the capsules because it tastes very bitter and terrible, but if you have the caps you won't even notice it. @breederboy Exercise is definitely important! I try to workout at least every other day by hitting the punching bag, pushups, weight lifting, at least doing something that helps blood flow. Not sure if this is available in other countries but in the UK you can get it in pellet form that you put in your urethra. Helpful if the idea of injecting your penis is problematic. The brand name for this form is Muse. Another one over here is Spedra that is in effect for about 6 hours but starts as soon as 15 minutes after taking.
