I saw it posted here a few months ago.

It was an amateur clip. The top is fucking the dude and the condom breaks (no apparent tampering). The top says "Oh shit, the condom broke", the bottom says it's okay and to keep going. The top says "I'm poz" and the bottom says it's okay. Then the top fucks him harder and cums in him.

I second this request- I've been looking for this video everywhere, and can't find it.  Seems like it was uploaded by one Tumblr user and reblogged, and so when it was removed that first time it disappeared everywhere.
