Palm Springs - best resort?

hi I lived in palm springs 13 years, & still have a house out side of town so I go out 2 times a month, by far the best resort is ccbc for bb, I have been fuck there over 50 times bb

Technically CCBC is in Cathedral City but just a 15-minute drive from downtown Palm Springs.

I live here in the Palm Springs area.  If you book a room at CCBC, you'll get a lot of loads, especially during CUMUnion weekend.  Canyon Club is also popular.  However, all the gay resorts are locked up to prevent non-guest from entering the property.  Guys who don't give a shit and really want to collect loads from anonymous guys walking into their room (the "no loads refused"/PNP type groups) are often hosted at one of the two Motel 6 here in town.  The rooms at Motel 6 are open to the parking lot, without any security.  Creepy but popular.

I'm going to PS in mid-Nov and still can't decide between All Worlds and Canyon Club...will get a pass  for CCBC or CumUnion. Any other feedback to help me decide?

Good advice thanks, I take hotel anon loads a lot in SF but havenrt in Palm Springs, only ccbc and private homes

Going to be PS for Pride -will hit CCBC but also wondering if anyone’s interested in hosting something at a house. I’d love to ganged in someone’s back yard, as many men as host ok with, ruffer is good, kink, all daddy loads accepted stuff.
