I can only give you anecdotal evidence. I have been going to TBRU for several years. Every time I go to the baths at least twice. Every time I have laid in the sling to take all loads. Every time I have taken multiple loads. I caught syphilis once and nothing else so far although I was on PrEP the last two years. I don’t for a minute that was all I was exposed to, but that is all that took.
