I had a fuck bud that went from nice dick, more or less average, enlarged and unnatural. It looked and felt swollen with squishy tissue when erect. Far more so than Aymeric in the pics I posted. Chances are he is either massively in to pumping (to the point it’s become extreme) or he is Is injecting saline. If you google saline cock and balls you can see extreme cases. Pretty sure that's a saline cock. I have a buddy who has a couple pumps and while ya a cock does swell up really big when it's in one, i usually cant keep my mouth off it the second it comes out, and they return to 'normal' size pretty fast. Like big and hard, but not crazy like the pump. It feels good though ha.
