What grade is considered High School?

Mostly, grades 9-12, the last four years of required school, before college/university.

I don't know if there's any places left where it's just 10-12.  There's also small communities where they may have 6-12 or 7-12 in one building, or even K-12.  But there's still usually some kind of separation within the building.
