Spycam thoughts ?

Hi fellas. Just been watching a lot of hidden spycam porn clips and got to wondering what your thoughts are on them ?

I do a lot of hotel stays and love taking blindfolded, anonymous fucks, so am starting to think a spycam would be a good security aid incase anything went badly wrong.  

But I have been amazed at how many cam owners post the clips online without obscuring the others guy face.  Not cool in my book, but hey ho.  What's your thoughts ?

I love spycam porn clips but I wonder how you can hide a spycam in a hotelroom? At home I could imagine you could find a way to set up a hidden cam but there aren't many possibilities in a hotel room.

I love watching hidden cam vids too and thought about trying it out myself. I bought one online but didn’t realize until I experimented with it that it doesn’t record sound. Any suggestions or recommendations? I hate watching porn without sound. It’s sometimes just as hot - if not hotter - than the visual.

It’s illegal to record someone’s voice without their consent or a warrant.

Not necessarily. In many states, as long as one party in a conversation consents to recording, that's all that is required (at least, for telephone and similar transmissions). The law is construed as of the place the recording is made, even if one of the parties to the conversation is in a state that requires all parties to consent.

That, of course, doesn't necessarily affect spy cam type things. But even then, a person's expectation of privacy is dependent on the circumstances. If I put a spycam in my own home, I don't need the consent of anyone who comes into my house to record them, either video or audio. I may need their consent to share that video or audio, especially if it involves activities (like sex) that have a heightened expectation of privacy. But otherwise, for instance, it would be illegal for people to share security footage from home cameras without the consent of the person breaking in.

A warrant is only required when someone *not* a party to the conversation or activity wants to make a recording - ie the police setting up a camera or bug to do surveillance. You never need a warrant to record in your own house (though again, as noted, you may need express consent to distribute a recording made in a situation with an expectation of privacy.
