Hopefully their research will pan out and it will be true, but more often than not, claims of a "cure/treatment" for many diseases comes up empty. It is not because they researchers are trying to commit fraud, but because it just ends up not working. It might work in the lab, even in animals, but not in people.

Theres been some pretty reliable peer reviewed cures at this point around bone marrow transplants. There are some very specific HIV related leukemias requiring bone marrow transplants and the evidence is pretty strong.... I mean a bone marrow transplant can change the results of a DNA test sooo...

Unfortunately finding a match is not easy in the world we live in but it seems like we're touching the surface of an actual cure as the people in the study have been effectively cured as opposed to undetectable
