Any smaller cities in PA any good for hookups?

Now we all know Philly and Pitt are the big two for hookups and random raunch, but are there any smaller big cities that are any good? Reading, Scranton, Lancaster, and others that guys have had success at? Looking at taking some shorter overnight trips looking for dick.

I've had luck in Scranton and Williamsport. Also some fun in Mansfield because of the college, there are a small number of gay tops to be found in the area.
