Inn Leather. I've seen guys blow each other right in the pool, and each room has a sling. It's not at the beach though, but they do have say passes if you stay somewhere else. A few other near the beach do have nude pools.

Try the Windamar Beach Resort- its close to Sebastien Beach - Windamar is cruisy and gets lot of day passes and they have a basement cove for play throughout the day -just remember your luck depends on who is staying at your resort that particular week. They have lots of events so check their website - Also, Cheston House is nice and usually host some bear events. The worthington resort is also near beach, modern design and very cruisy -i found mostly couples but there is a cruisy vibe and the host are great. All these close to beach

Inn Leather yes is cruisy but again depends on who is there- its not close to beach and frankly in FTL its better to be at the beach close by than drive and look for parking but if beach isnt your concern you'll be fine. Check out the Clubhouse 2 on Oakland Blvd - they have a bear night on Thursdays that is fun and leather night is on Tuesdays slightly older crowd but frisky. And definitely haul your ass to Slammers- the best days are Thurs evenings , Friday and Saturday is crazy crowded starting around 8pm its not in great neighborhood but they have free parking. Its on Sunset Blvd the BIG YELLOW 321 sign is it and the turn on right goes to dead end street but that's where the parking entrance is. You can cruise in clothes or check them in locker for $5 - its free on Wednesdays.

Inn Leather is good for leather sling men. With day pass visitors, the pool area generally has a variety of men around it, and play pops up here and there among the property. I went to Aragon Inn for a BBRT party last night, and was impressed by the property. The guesthouse is 4 blocks away from the heart of the gay zone- Wilton Drive-- and has 8 rooms on a 2 lot site. The cabanas by the pool were very popular last night <veg> The local weekly gay book Hotspots has a lot of the guesthouses listed- they are a dot com site, but go by Hotspotsmagazine in their url
