I think it works in both ways. Yes, you may not like it which of course is okay (i don’t know if i would like to suck a (big) PA too, after all it still is a big piece of metal in your mouth…), but perhaps it comes with advantages for your boy? For example it made me more sensitive down there, gave me a huge boost in confidence and it just feels great to have one. I’m proud of having it done. Surely there are some disadvantages too (needing to sit to pee, however with a little practice, your boy might find a way to keep urinating while standing up without making a mess), but if your boy has no problem with them…. For those who like PA’s, here’s mine 😉 i have gone to 7mm now.

I got mine about 15 months ago. I have wanted one forever and I love it. A couple things:
 

1.  Piercing appointment - I didn’t even realize it had happened when it was already complete. It was not to me any way painful.

 2.  The aftercare does require some blood management (my dick was wrapped in gauze and then. Latex glove and both of these had to be replaced with some frequency)

3.  I did my best to not doing any sex (except I got fucked massively the next night) and held out until about week 4 before jerking off again.  That won’t be their guidance. 
 

I find that I am randomly and much more often hard much more than I used to be. It is definitely great if you’re a top. It looks sexy during Locktober. And it’s been incredibly low maintenance. I highly recommend.
