Get on PREP as suggested.  Be aware that PrEP is protection from HIV only. There are 4 other sexually transmitted diseases about which you should be concerned:  Herpes, HPV (wart virus), Syphilis, and Gonorrhea.  These are serious infections.  (HPV can cause cancer; I recently had throat surgery to remove a cancer caused by HPV.)  Some strains of Gonorrhea are becoming difficulty to cure because of antibiotic resistance.  IF you bareback, you should get tested for these infections as well.  These infections provide good reasons other than HIV to use condoms.  

 

I can understand why you want to bareback.  Were you a single man, barebacking would be put yourself and your barebacking partners at risk.  Do you want to put your wife at risk as well?  I've barebacked and I've used condoms.  Satisfaction was about the same for both styles of fucking.
