Taxi driver giving me signs? How should I proceed?

Hi guys.

Recently my work arranged a taxi for me and other colleagues to go back home. The driver is in mid 30s average looking man. After a few days, I start noticing stuffs like him spreading his legs and put one hand on his crotch when it is just me and him (I am the last one to drop off). Get more talkative. Keep making eye contact through rear view mirror. What should I do next? What might be the good way to initiate and see if i have guessed his intentions right?

You provide zero context for this. What country is this taking place in? Is it a country where same-sex activity is legal, illegal, frowned-upon, or what? In most western European countries or the USA, you could just ask the guy if he'd like to grab a drink or something once he's off-duty to see if he's being sociable or if you're just imagining things.

On the other hand, there are countries where not only is what you're looking to do illegal, but there may well be a network of informants - including taxi drivers - who are happy to turn over "perverts" to the police.

There's a lot more anyone would need to know before advising you to do anything at all.

Last I checked Singapore had not yet decriminalized gay sex, although that's in the works. Personally I wouldn't risk it. But that's me.

Thanks for the advice. I dont want to risk it either. I was just hoping that if the driver is interested, I wanted to do it.

Yeah...if gay sex isn't legal where you are don't do it. It also is situational too. Last time I was back in Mexico I got hit on by the cab driver and while I was interested, you never know if you're going to get rolled, raped, robbed, or worse. I took a pass in that case. I have got hit on by Lyft and Uber drivers here in the US and I've taken them up on it. Meter wasn't running and I guess it was a "tip" of sorts. Last one I did it with was this tall cute blonde guy in his early 20s. Asked if I was gay and said I was and we got to talking about how good gay guys are at blow jobs, asked if I was good at it, liked giving them, how I got good at it. It was clear he was angling for it and I told him I'd blow him if he wanted it.
