The steam room works sometimes, the computers have been removed. Sometimes the TV is on. Sometimes the vending machines work. It’s on the sixth floor and sometimes the elevators work, many NY men loudly say they have never been there. They do not participate in Cumunion. You often see torn pieces of temporary ID cards torn to bits on the floor as you exit this place.
