Start with larger toys (and get good quality squishy silicone ones). Use a good thick lube like j-lube or x-lube and take your time working your hole open.

Once you can manage toys/plugs that are as wide as a coke can then find a good (and patient) top who's happy to spend his time slowly working you wider and wider. Most importantly, take your time. It took me months before I could even manage a small fist just passed the knuckles. And then a year before I could get really fisted 'easily'.

You'll need to keep 'training' with toys and plugs to keep getting used to being opened up. Good luck!

I would second all of this, but I'd add from a top's perspective, the good fisting tops (like me!) know the process for newbies and understand the way to get a cherry taken - slowly. It's also the case that we're never, ever disappointed if we don't get the fist in - the entire thing is a process that can take months between two new play mates to develop trust and a bond, and good tops value being a part of that process of discovery. A couple of thoughts. I used toys to get up toa 3in diameter.  An inflatable plug helped a ton. Pump it up and push it out and it really opens you up. After that it took about 15 times with a patient top before the fist finally popped in. Now I usually tell tops to use fingers to open me up. Once they can hold their hand flat and push 4 fingers all the way to their thumb I know I'm good to go. A word of caution,  be careful what you put on your profile.  A few times I've had guys see I'm into fisting and just start push their hand in when I was only looking for cock. I've had this, some less experienced (or just arsehole) tops think there's no warmup required and just try to dive right in. I've kicked someone out because they were almost going to do serious damage if I hadn't stopped them.

Definitely patience! My Daddy was very experienced and took his time getting me accustomed to taking large toys beforehand … all the while making sure I was ok.
