In Colombia, Medellín is also fun. There is Sauna Club 55 where I had the best steam room experience. There are 2 rooms and the back one was lots of sucking and fucking.

I think Rio by far.  San Paulo is a close second.  I have been to Cartagena and didn't get the sexual vibe I found in Brazil.

It's great to read your experiences here in South America. Without a doubt, if you want the wildest sex, both for free and with escorts, it's definitely Brazil. Be it Rio, Sao Paulo, Bahia, or Floripa. Any of the tourist cities have great locations and very depraved parties. Men of all body types, ages, and races, and almost all of them are very open-minded. I don't know about Peru or Argentina, but I know Peruvians are also in the poz orbit. I've also been to saunas and clubs in Uruguay.
