Jeff was at his best in Hot Desert Knights, as someone who was on the receiving end of his cock, I can tell you he was a great top. Sure he had personality quirks, but who doesn't?

You may have.  He was big into web camming and live streaming.  That's how I met him initially, he lived in California at the time I lived in Florida.  But he did a victory tour, and I ended up hooking up with him in Orlando and then having him at my apartment a few days.

He was traveling quite a bit when I met him, I know P-Town and PS, as well as Florida, are some of his favorites.

He's not exactly the "nicest" guy, but that's not the reason you want to hook up with him.
