It can be uncomfortable if you’re not used to it. I mean the loads are literally swimming inside you and it can feel itchy near the edges especially. 

The deeper the loads are, the less nerve endings it triggers and there’s less of an urge to push them out. Over time though, you do get better used to the sensation and don’t feel the need to push them out.
