Just go and check it out.  I have been in gay saunas/bathhouses/gay sex clubs all over the world - all of them let you bring your own lube.  Steamworks in Chicago has gotten a little weird about that though and one venue in NYC was suspicious of liquids being brought in, but aside from them it's not an issue (in fact it's a necessity - no one has enough lube for a packed club and clubs still can get packed).

Make sure your clean and tested before you go. Eagle's Nest and Megaplex are both open in Providence. Bring some lube, sandals and toiletries. The bath house provides a towel.
