I heard recently that the rectum would absorb cum (well the fluids) if it is left in for long enough, like if you were plugged.

Is that true and if it is how long would it take?

The rectum does, in fact, absorb fluids - not as much as the colon does, but yes, it does.

Yea as @BootmanLA mentioned it will absorb fluid. The lower GI tract is designed to absorb. Before intravenous access was developed the rectum was a more common route for med administration, especially for those who could not swallow.

After a night out I usually try to hold in the loads for a couple days. Most of the time the cum gets reduced down into a paste. Also dependent on how much lube I’ve had churning in my hole.
