Sub-Cocksucker Posted July 17 Report Posted July 17 Are there any vitamins or certain foods I can eat to increase my load size? I dont care about sperm count, just a bigger load. Why you ask? If you have seen my other posts on here, its obvious I am a cum addict. I eat mine constantly, and have got in the habit of now saving my loads and freezing them until I have at least 30 loads, then I drink them. But I dont have very big loads, so its frustrating that I still dont end up with the volume I want. So yes, I want my loads to be larger, just to eat them. If anyone else is into cum collecting, or knows other ways of getting large amount of saved cum, I would love to chat with you.

tallslenderguy Posted July 18 Report Posted July 18 (edited) Seems the notion of increasing volume is an urban legend. For what it's worth, here's a medical source of info with references. What is normal semen volume? According to a 2010 World Health Organization study, which looked at semen volume worldwide, the range of semen volume is between 0.8 milliliters to 7.6 milliliters, and the average is between 3 and 5 milliliters. This amount changes as the male ages, and peak semen volume is produced between ages 30-35, and volume is lowest once men reach 55 years and older. Why do men want to increase semen volume? Most men associate semen volume with fertility, and it has been purported that men who wanted to have more progeny, especially male ones, may have a better chance if they had more semen. Men feel more masculine if they ejaculate more semen and believe it would increase their and their partner’s sexual pleasure. Unfortunately, due to these facts, dozens of companies make the wrong claim that their pills can increase semen volumes. Semen volume and masculinity Masculinity is in the brain rather than in the semen. Although porn stars seem to ejaculate more, more semen does not indicate more sexual prowess. In addition, most of what is seen in porn films may be cameral or angle trickery and may not be accurate. Semen volume and sexual pleasure The volume of ejaculation is not linked to sexual pleasure for the male or the female partner. Ejaculation and orgasm are not prolonged if the penis takes longer to release the increased volume of semen. This claim, thus, is also false. Confusion over sperm count and semen volume Most men mistakenly believe that increased semen volume would mean increased fertility. Sperm makes up only 1 to 10% of semen. The proportion of sperm rise with a more extended period of abstinence from sexual intercourse or masturbation. Is it possible to increase semen volume? There is probably no way to increase semen volume by popping pills. In addition, most men cannot measure their actual semen volume. Some physicians suggest that adequate water and fluid intake may maximize the semen volume, but this “increase” will also be within normal limits. KindaBasic Posted July 19 Report Posted July 19 According to most reliable resources, no. At least not significantly if at all. The one thing all agree with is staying well hydrated. 2

However I cannot tolerate it as it gives me an upset stomach unless I take it after a large meal. Also NAC increases semen volume as a side effect of taking it. But again, I'm just speaking from personal experience...no scientific study.

I ordered Lecithin and L-Arginine on Amazon. It arrived today and I started taking it.
LemonWackyHello Posted August 1 Report Posted August 1 Just went on Amazon and picked up all 4 items of the holy grail recipe. Gonna try the pygeum alone for 20 days, then try the holy grail for the next 100 days.
LemonWackyHello Posted August 1 Report Posted August 1 Also, quick thing about L-arginine (and its cousin L-citrulline which converts to L-arginine in the kidneys), it does lower blood pressure using the same pathway as PDE5 inhibitors so (obviously) be careful when mixing with them.
Sub-Cocksucker Posted August 12 Author Report Posted August 12 Thanks for the input guys, I think I am going to try taking Zinc and Pygeum to start and see how it goes.
hardbunny Posted September 8 Report Posted September 8 Trying Pygeum due to this thread, I'll update after a few weeks on it to let you know if I see a noticeable effect.
Sub-Cocksucker Posted September 8 Author Report Posted September 8 Ive been taking the Zinc adn Pygeum about 3 weeks now. Precum seems to be the same, my loads might be sliiiiiightly larger, but really not noticing a difference yet 😕
LemonWackyHello Posted September 22 Report Posted September 22 Been talking pygeum, lecithin, and zinc for a bit and definitely noticing an increase in cum output, albeit slightly. The L-Arginine I dropped after a bit (so I could use Cialis without interactions)
