PozBearWI Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago We still live in a world where some at least continue to utter "it's worth any amount of money if only....".  I think we have a responsibility to each other in a civilized society to make reasonable attempts to protect each other from harm. But it is up to each of us to decide what we, ourselves, define as harmful to ourselves. Keeping developing humans out of harms way until they can make an informed decision makes good sense. But if said developing human is smart enough to work out how to get around blocks or over fences - something youngsters have been doing for centuries - we've done our part.  A lot of the current strife we're experiencing globally is how to define our boundaries. We seem to get caught up in trying to define everyone else's boundary even though those are more restrictive than those, we ourselves, define for ourselves. Why?
