I also used to be able to self fist.  But despite conditioning for high school and college sports, yoga, and some attempts at weird contortions, I only was able to get in to my wrist.  I had friends help to push, I grid around my waist and between my legs, I never was able to get any further.

It was frustrating.  But after several times of pulling a muscle, I learned to be happy with what I could achieve.

It would be hot to cook the zucchini or eggplant after its been used in your ass. It would be a great marinade. Spend a few hours in your hole and then serve it for dinner with some unsuspecting friends.

I tried self fisting many times as a kid. I would do it in the bath tub because I think the hot water helped loosen me up. I got 4 fingers in but was never able to slip that thumb in.
