There's lots of tips on suppressing your gag reflex online. Basically start with a toothbrush on the back of your tongue and hold it on the edge of your gag reflex until it startas to desensitize. Then, over time, move that toothbrush back. I got to hitting the back of my throat and moving it down - while breathing steadily - before I switched my training to dildos.

I'm mindful that the effects of some of these might be entirely psychosomatic.
