Getting big thick nipples

I love nipple play, but I have very tiny nipples, almost bug bite sized, and I have always wanted thick big nipples like the picture below. 
 

any recommendation on how to get my nipples thick? Any specific products to use?

Getting them pierced will cause them to get much bigger.  They do it as a corrective surgery for inverted nipples even.  Just go to a good reputable piercer.  Anyone charging you under $100-$150 for a very delicate and difficult piercing like your nipples I honestly would never trust.

You are absolutely correct. My piercer was extremely thorough. Everything was completely sterilised, surgical gloves, mask. The jewellery was highest quality titanium and that alone was about $75. Everything came from the autoclave and he treated it like a medical procedure. The entire visit cost me about $180 (piercing, jewellery, and tip). Everything was done so professionally and they take great pride in keeping things sterile. He even took time to outline the aftercare of my piercings. It was a great experience!!!
