Yes... I do have this issue.

More so since getting circumcised 4 years ago. But I mainly put it down to SSRIs (anxiety meds) they have a common side effect of delaying ejaculation.

You might try retraining your cock. Quite often the death grip that we have on our cock when masturbating can’t easily be reproduced when fucking. This, in turn, can make coming inside of someone difficult. This is especially true if you don’t use lube when you masturbate.

I was treated for prostate cancer, so I can't top any longer. When I could top, I'd be careful to avoid cumming at all a few days before topping and would watch favorite porn and edge.
