Repairing sphincter torn by Prince Albert?

Hi guys, I got fucked and fisted by a guy with a massive Prince Albert, and my sphincter, which has survived plenty of abuse intact, has been badly torn. I was high so wasn’t aware at the time, but it was too painful to get fucked for a week and when I saw the video I was horrified. (I think it was deliberate btw, but that’s a different story.)  I’ve been trying to google this. I don’t have any long term symptoms or incontinence, just sloppy farts. But I haven’t dared try sex since (9 months ago) out of embarrassment. I’m trying to work out what surgery options there are. I think it’s a sphincteroplasty and the injury is called a fissure. Any ideas where to start?

FYI I only noticed the tear two weeks ago when I looked at the video, 9 months after the fact. I happen to be in Thailand for a month and thought this kind of surgery could be cheap here. I’m from London btw.

Other than that I’m a bloody idiot, any thoughts?!

Go and see your doctor!

I had a fissure, albeit it a minor one, they have seen it all before and of you have a serious tear they will prioritise it.

The longer you leave it, the more chance there is of complications.
