I think whether the bottom can feel when the top is pumping his load inside depends on a few things. If he fucks hard and is able to keep fucking while he's shooting his load inside then the bottom may only feel some warmth but wouldn't necessarily recognize it as him getting bred unless he's an experienced bottom who is familiar with how that feels. As far as the bottom recognizing after the fact that he took a load depends on how deep the top pumped the load in. If he can get his dick head past the inner sphincter and shoots his load in there and pulls out slowly enough that the inner sphincter closes as the dick is extracted then that load is not going to drip out anytime soon.
