I started with Truvada and when Descovy came out my doctor switched me to that. I do have Osteoporosis at a fairly young age. I continue to take Prep now. How many of you have been on some kind of prep for more than 15 years. Do you have any negative effects from it on your body?  Not even sure when I started but Soon after the Truvada was available.
