PozToxVersPig Posted December 20, 2025 Report Posted December 20, 2025 I wanna upsize my PA ultimately to a 0 gauge. I'm currently at a 4. Information online is all over the place. How long should this take, realistically? Quote
Pozguyinchi Posted December 20, 2025 Report Posted December 20, 2025 I am curious about this too. When I got my nipples pierced they put in a zero gage to start. Why can’t they do the same for a pa? I would rather go through the pain of it being done once than continued pain of it being sized up. Quote

If I can go straight to a fatty heavy 0 gauge I'm doing it! 2 Quote

If I was going to get that piercing I would want it all at once. My nipples hurt but I am sure the healing time was the same. Quote

I think getting the 0 gauge from the jump might not be a good idea because of how it has to heal. The upsizing isn't nearly as big a process. Either way, it doesn't hurt, the healing time sucks, but I fucking love it. 2 Quote

PozToxVersPig Posted December 20, 2025 Author Report Posted December 20, 2025 So I spoke with 6 different people, including an extremely hot pig who I cammed with for 30 minutes who has a variety of dick piercings. Everyone seemed to concur that you can jump up all the way to 0 gauge from an existing piercing. You can't start there. It may of those things a piercer would tell you is just a terrible idea so they won't do it, but also from my own experience with the healing, I think it would be really uncomfortable with a 0 gauge from the start. @Pozguyinchi unlike your nipples, your dick moves a helluva lot more moment to moment throughout the day and I think having such a heavy piece of jewelry there from the start would be extremely difficult from a healing perspective, but also as I said just very very uncomfortable. I'm more than a year in with my PA and I still have moments where I'm getting used to it. My 2 cents. I'm now gonna post about other dick piercings so check it out and let me know if you have any thoughts on that.. 🙂 1 2 Quote

I had no problems with post infection, luck because I was fucking with it the first night. Any pain I felt just made me fuck more & harder. After the initial piercing it took approximately 12-18 months to get to a OOg. I will say I have excellent rates of healing. If you GENTLY play & stretch, after healing properly, with it DAILY, you should be able to go up in size every 3-4 months. That was my time line but, I did rush it for the exquisite pain. GOOD LUCK & just take your time & enjoy the process. 2 1 Quote
Leather69 Posted December 22, 2025 Report Posted December 22, 2025 Spot on Eric62. Years ago it was trendy to have semi long plastic inserts in ears. A piercing shop will more than likely still have them. During our covid lockdowns I managed to gradually stretch mine to a 000g. Take your time and don't go from a 4 to 0 in one hit. Have fun.i Quote

thejadoman Posted December 22, 2025 Report Posted December 22, 2025 I was originally pierced at 6ga. After a year, I went to 4ga with literally 0 struggle. Another year, I went to 2ga with literally 0 struggle. Going from 2 to 0 was a little challenging, and I still can't keep my 0ga in 24/7 (after about 1.5 months of having the 0ga jewelry). I got the 0ga jewelry like a year and 2 months after I went to 2ga. I wore a 1ga for a few months prior to getting the 0ga jewelry and that helped a lot. I used a 0ga taper to help get the 0ga in early on. Sometimes it gets uncomfortable and I take it out for a night. I have found that if I need to take the 0ga out because it's uncomfortable, I can just put my 1ga back in, and then after a night or a few hours, I can put the 0ga back in with no struggle. I think being physically active helps a lot with natural stretching. I run and dance a lot, so there was a lot of movement that naturally helped things stretch with no pain. IMO, the stretching shouldn't be painful. Quote
