  1. Advice: THOROUGHLY RESEARCH PIERCING PLACES (maybe even travel a bit if you find one kindof far away) AND MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND WILL BE EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IF THERE ARE COMPLICATIONS. If it's cheap, it's probably a place you should stay away from. I believe mine cost about $200 CAD (piercing + 6ga jewelry). DO NOT shop for low prices with this. My experience: The tube they put in your urethra is more uncomfortable than the actual piercing IMO. I left the original bandages on for probably 8-9 hours before removing them. The first 72 hours was a LOT of blood. Like, I would recommend taking time off of work, or working from home, because it was a lot of blood, constantly. Pissing for the first few days was painful, especially if not hydrated. I would fill a cup with cold water, put the cup in a bowl for overflow, stick my dick in the cup (submerged in the water), and piss. It made it painless. After 72 hours, the blood stopped almost entirely. After about 2 or 3 weeks, I was able to comfortably go running again. Avoid putting your dick in any holes for at least 2 months I would say. It's my favorite piercing (2 in each earlobe, both nipples pierced as well). Well worth it.
  2. It somewhat is unreasonable to expect them to basically do the job of healthcare providers. Looking on Grindr's website, they have a link to global testing resources, so they do think about people in other countries, and the link to order an at home test kit is very clearly a partner with Grindr, and not Grindr supplying the tests themselves. It was a Google search away. [think before following links] https://help.grindr.com/hc/en-us/articles/230933567-HIV-testing
  3. For me, you're reading too much into it. Dudes are hot. Dicks are hot. Butts are hot. If I'm looking to breed someone, and want to see what they look like, I want to see it all. I should also add, that if we're sharing pictures, and when I ask for a dick pic, you're against sending one for some reason, it comes off as a bit shady to me.
  4. Older men should not be grooming young teenagers into being bottoms. Just because someone likes getting fucked, doesn't mean they aren't vers in any way, and having older men groom children who are exploring their body will be straight up abuse in most cases. You're lucky that you have straight forward needs, and you had someone to meet those needs for you, and I'm glad it worked out for you. Most kids aren't going to know if they're a bottom when they're barely a teenager, and I highly doubt most teenagers will be responsible enough to handle STI's appropriately.
  5. I think this person who prefers spontaneity is a special case. He is likely into both topping and bottoming, and probably enjoys not really knowing how things are going to play out until he's in the moment. He might also not always do anal in the first place. From my experience, bottoms list themselves as "vers" or "vers/bottom", and will try to get actually vers guys (who intend on flipping) to fuck them. If you're a total bottom, that's fine, just don't keep trying to get me to fuck you when I've clearly stated that I'm looking to flip. Vers guys who try to convince total tops or total bottoms to do what they don't want to do are just as shitty. It does feel bad when you finally find someone that seems to be promising, and when you mention flipping, or putting their dick in any of your holes at all, they say "I'm a bottom", or "I don't top", yet their profile says they're versatile or vers/bottom. I'm usually open to topping or bottoming, so I leave my profiles at "vers". Sometimes when I'm looking to top, someone comes along and I want their dick in me, and sometimes when I'm looking to bottom, I see someone I need to fuck. I can see the practicality of changing your profile to match your current mood though. I think every man can get pleasure from their dick or their prostate, but the psychological component to sex also plays a part in what people want to do. I've noticed that on this site, being submissive and degradation is heavily attached to bottoming, and dominance and superiority with topping, which I think is a choice, but who cares? If you like something, and only want to do that, that's your right. Don't let other people bully you into doing what they want you to do. If it feels like it's something inherent to you, then just go with that and tell everyone who gives you shit to fuck off.
  6. They'd look good on you. I would recommend getting either a PA, or your nipples first. Do not get all 3 done at the same time. If you haven't had to care for piercings before, I'd recommend getting your nipples pierced, and letting those completely heal before getting the PA.
  7. Sometimes I'm looking to top, sometimes I'm looking to bottom, and sometimes I'm looking to flip. If you don't like your ass played with, fine with me. If you don't like your dick played with, fine with me. Sometimes I'm fine with just one or the other. Sometimes, I'm looking for everything. Guys that say they're only a top/bottom, and then try to push boundaries when you meet up are in the wrong. Vers guys don't need to flip every time they hook up. I also think that dominant/submissive isn't inherently linked to topping/bottoming. The power dynamics can be reversed, or even not there at all. If you're completely submissive, and only exist to please dominant men, if that dominant man tells you he wants to watch you fuck some other guy, you have your orders (could be quite humiliating for the sub, which could be fun haha). I find versatility attractive, but don't necessarily find being 100% top/bottom unattractive.
  8. I don't think Trump has had as much of an impact on the COVID response as it has been made out to be, and I think Hillary would have had about the same impact. I think the local governments and culture are ultimately what lead to where we are now, which is supported by the link you provided. Out of the top 4 states, 2 of them have a Republican governor, and 2 of them have a Democratic governor; but I think the culture in the northeast is more of a factor than who the president is. The west coast, and the DC adjacent area, respectively stand out to me in this aspect as well. Local governments need to be held more accountable. Local politicians should not be getting away with deferring to federal officials when they have done 0 work in their local jurisdiction. *I wrote this not noticing Hawaii. I think Hawaii is quite unique with its geographical position, enough so that I think it's reasonable to not include it with the rest of the states.
  9. From my experience, the "no total bottoms" statements are because they're so common, and some of us like to fuck and get fucked. If a total top wants to get off, I'll take a load, but then I can keep looking for a bottom. It doesn't usually work as well the other way around. Once I nut, I'm usually done for a bit.
