I'm curious about this, because back in the early 2000s people would ask "when was your last test date" and I always thought this was such an unneeded step - anyone that's trying to deceive someone can just make something up, and to your point @Hunter22 - unless it was a test taken after their last sex and within the detection window of the test - no one knows.  And yes the sex-events too.

Even on the sites - some people don't answer the question, some say ask me, some say don't know (which people assume means they are positive, I think).  It's just a really unhelpful data point.
